In most cases it takes about 4-8 weeks to create and finalize a logo, however it some cases it can take as long as 6 months depending on complexity and communication.

No. Create Uplift cannot issue copyrights. Once we design your logo, and you pay us and approve it, you can submit your logo for trademarking with the appropriate agency if you wish.
